Opposite the house at 28 Blackhorse Yard just 2 minutes walk from the harbour and quay, 7 years of building work our beautiful lodge is finally ready for guests and us to enjoy. 
As you enter the building your private entrance to the stairs and a private room to your left is used for the laundry by your host.  

The mezzanine is not a sitting area but simply somewhere that you can go to enjoy a great view of the sea and see the boats come and go.  It is accessed via a space saver staircase that is quite steep.

Packed full of gorgeous hand built features that we have enjoyed choosing and bilding for our guests, family, friends and us to enjoy.
You are welcome to use the terraces at the front of the house where there are cushions and blankets in the porch that you can help yourself to for your comfort.


Parking not available May to October and must be reserved for other dates in our Under cover parking for one normal sized cars with a confident driver reversing in our quiet, narrow historic yard designed for lifeboat horses and carts. The car park is just 1 minute walk away.
